Pricing All prices are F.O.B. Union Hall, Virginia, U.S.A. or EVIDENT’s shipping point. All prices, charges, and products are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to additional shipping and handling charges, including services charges. Payment Terms Terms of payment are NET 30 days from date of invoice to all federal, state, county, and municipal agencies. We accept verbal orders, purchase orders, and approved payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express at EVIDENT's discretion. Tier 2 Customers are required to provide pre-payment under conditions approved by Evident, Inc. Prepayment Prepayment in U.S. funds is required on all orders placed by individuals or private companies who do not have pre-approved credit lines. The prepayment must include shipping and handling charges or written authorization to forward materials, handling charges and shipping charges collect. Please contact us for authorization prior to returning any items. An RMA# must be issued by EVIDENT, Inc. prior to any returns. Returns and refunds are not available for any Tier 2 Customers. Returns and Exchanges Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless authorized by EVIDENT in advance with an RMA#. Products returned unused may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original invoice price. An RMA# from EVIDENT is required for a return.
