Payment Terms Terms of payment are NET 30 days from date of invoice to all federal, state, county, and municipal agencies. We accept verbal orders, purchase orders, and approved payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express at EVIDENT's discretion. Secondary Customers are required to provide pre-payment under conditions approved by Evident, Inc. Prepayment Prepayment in U.S. funds is required on all orders placed by individuals or private companies who do not have pre-approved credit lines. The prepayment must include shipping and handling charges or written authorization to forward materials, handling charges and shipping charges collect. Returns and Exchanges Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless authorized by EVIDENT in advance with an RMA#. Products returned unused may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original invoice price. An RMA# from EVIDENT is required for a return.
