Compass Rose/Azimuth Board The technique of crime scene mapping with the use of a Compass Rose is becoming more and more popular. Designed to be securely fastened at a central location at the scene, corresponding distances and angles and then taken from the center of the Compass Rose. The Compass Rose is a flat square piece of durable plastic, measuring 15.5” x 17.5”, with white degree markings around the center of the black board. Integral handle makes use and transport more efficient.

Stanley Tru-Laser Distance Measurer Take accurate measurements at any crime scene without walking over valuable evidence. This remarkable tool also calculates area and volume. Fiberglass Tape Measures These open reel, long-line fiberglass tape measures have easy-grip handles with enclosed frames to protect the tape line. Pocket Rods The Pocket Rod is a stand alone 6' measuring rod for either horizontal or vertical measurements. Easily retracts into a compact case. A must for documenting the crime scene.
