This irregular surface of a gun stock wrapped in electrical tape was processed with EVIDENT Orange Fluorescent Fingerprint Powder.

Magnetic Applicator The EVIDENT Magnetic Applicator is compact and functional. It can easily fit in a shirt pocket or a field kit. Constructed of machined anodized black aluminum, the applicator contains a high quality magnet affixed to a solid aluminum plunger. Wet Powder - Adhesive Side Premix - LOW PRICE From Kjell Carllson, the creator of Mikrosil, comes Wet Powder. Wet Powder is a premixed liquid solution, for use in the processing of adhesive sided evidence, such as, duct tape, masking tape, packing tape, paper adhesive, aluminum tape, and fabric tape. Latent prints are often times left on the adhesive sides of tapes and other sticky materials. Wet Powder may be brushed onto these adhesive sided materials to develop latent prints, using a camel hair brush to apply the thick solution. Wait 15-20 seconds for the processing to develop, then rinse the evidence in cool running tap water. Wet Powder has no shelf life, and requires only a very small amount of solution to get excellent results. Sold in individual 250ml bottles, or packaged in a kit with 2 camel hair brushes, 15 aluminum dishes, 20 nitrile gloves, a gray photo scale, and a black Sharpie marker.
